Air Fry: Place frozen kebabs in air fryer (no overlapping). Air fry at 375º F (190 ºC) for 8-9 minutes. Remove from air fryer, let it cool for 2 minutes & enjoy. TIP: For crunchier kebabs, increase the cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
Pan Fry: Heat pan on medium heat. Spray pan with oil. Place frozen kebabs on the pan and heat for 9-10 minutes. Turn kebabs over halfway through the cooking time. Remove kebabs from the pan, let it cool for 2 minutes & enjoy.
Bake: Preheat oven to 450º F (230º C). Spread frozen kebabs on a baking sheet (no overlapping). Place baking sheet on the middle rack of oven. Bake for 19-20 minutes. For better results, turn kebabs over after 10 minutes. Remove baking sheet from oven, let it cool for 2 minutes & enjoy.
- Serve with ketchup or tamarind chutney.
