START WITH A SAMOSA

Step 1
Place 1 samosa in a small bowl or appetizer cup and slightly crush it.

Spoon warm chhole over the samosa.

Add dollops of Brar’s dahi.
CHOP & TOP

Sprinkle chopped onions and tomatoes.

Step 5
Drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney on top.

Step 6
Add a layer of sev for crunch.
SEASON & SERVE

Step 7
Sprinkle red chilli powder.

Step 8
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Step 9
Serve immediately while it’s warm and crispy.
