BEGIN WITH YOUR BURGERS

Step 1
Cook 2 Brar’s Veggie Burgers according to the package instructions.
FILL YOUR BOWL

Step 2
While the burgers cook, prepare two serving bowls. Add 1 cup of chopped lettuce to each as the base.

Step 3
Top the lettuce with halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onions, jalapeños, and any other favourite veggies (such as cucumber, corn, or bell pepper).

Step 4
Slice the cooked Brar’s Veggie Burgers and place one on top of the veggies in each bowl.

Step 5
Sprinkle crumbled feta over each bowl.
SAUCE AND SERVE

Step 6
In a small mixing bowl, stir together 2 tbsp chipotle sauce with 2 tbsp mayonnaise. Drizzle generously over each bowl (or use another sauce that you prefer).
