MARINATE & GRILL THE PANEER

Step 1

In a bowl, marinate 200g Brar’s Malai Paneer with 1 tbsp peri peri spice mix and 1 tbsp oil. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes

Once marinated, grill the paneer (on a hot pan or grill) until golden brown on both sides. This should take about 2–3 minutes per side.

Step 3

PREPARE HERBED RICE

In a pan, heat 1 tbsp Brar's Ghee. Add 1 cup of cooked rice, 1 tsp dried herbs, and salt. Toss well to combine. Set aside.

MAKE CHEESY GARLIC SAUCE

In a saucepan, melt 1 tbsp butter (or Brar's Ghee). Sauté 4 minced garlic cloves for 30 seconds.

Stir in 1 tbsp flour and cook for 1 minute.

Whisk in 1 cup of milk, stirring constantly, evenly, and not too fast, in order to avoid lumps.

Step 8

Add ½ cup of grated cheese and continue to stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.

SAUTÉ THE VEGGIES
Step 9

In a separate pan, heat 1 tsp Brar's Ghee. Sauté ¼ cup bell peppers and ¼ cup broccoli for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

ASSEMBLE & SERVE
Step 10

Plate the herbed rice, layer with grilled paneer, pour your cheesy garlic sauce on top, and garnish with the sautéed veggies. Serve hot and enjoy!
