FRY YOUR DOSA

Step 1
Place a non-stick or cast iron dosa pan on medium heat. Let it get evenly hot.

Step 2
Add a ladleful of dosa batter to the center of the pan and quickly spread it outwards in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.

Step 3
Drizzle Brar’s Ghee generously around the edges and on the surface of the dosa.

Step 4
For some optional spice, sprinkle podi powder directly on top of the dosa while it’s cooking.
Step 5
Let the dosa cook for 2–3 minutes until it turns crispy and golden brown. No need to flip.
MAKE THE DIPPING OIL
Step 6
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of podi powder with 1–2 tablespoons of melted Brar’s Ghee to create a flavorful dipping sauce.
SERVE HOT
Step 7
Slide the dosa off the pan and serve immediately with the ghee podi dip on the side. Repeat the process for the next dosa.
